Welcome To The

Suncoast Callers & Cuers

Association Website

We are a Western Square Dance Calling Association.  We are located in Florida.  Our members consist of the following leaders:

  • Square Dance Callers

  • Round Dance Cuers

  • Contra Leaders

  • Line Dance Leaders

Dance Classes usually form in October & November, dependant upon your location.
If you are interested in lessons or dances in our area,
or if you have any questions, please contact one of our members or officers.

We also do parties, one nighters, and special occasions.

Are you a caller, cuer or dance leader?
We invite you to become a member of our organization.

It is our belief that your skills and experience would be a great help to us
as we encourage West Coast Florida area residents to take up and enjoy modern western square dancing.

Some of the benefits you'll get in return are these:

More dancers at your dances.
The exchange of ideas with other callers, cuers and leaders.
Acquaintance with the dance movers and shakers in the area.
Opportunity to show your skills to dancers; some who book callers, cuers and leaders; when you perform at West Coast Association sponsored dances.
Free annual educational clinics offered by the Suncoast Callers & Cuers Association.
Improve attendance at your dances, by knowing schedules of others.

These are but a few of the benefits you'll receive as a member of Suncoast Callers & Cuers Association.
You'll enjoy this lively and active professional association, that is making a difference in the West Coast Florida square dancing area.

It cost a little, but will actually pay you to belong. Join us and see for yourself.
